I wish this was on Wii U. Maybe they'll do an ultimate version again. Until then, I guess I'm finally going to buy a circle pad pro...

@joshb1983 We'll probably see a similar situation to what happened recently. We'll probably get the 4G/4U version on the 3DS and wii u within 1-3 years from now

Capcom demos Monster Hunter 4, showcases Tigrex battle tease

I thought MH4 was a huge seamless world?

Seems like there's still a lot of "mini" areas with loading.

That idea of yours makes the game harder.

There absolutely will be a 4G in a couple years. Every generation of MH games has a G version (like MH3Ultimate which was called MH3G in Japan) Whether that's on the Wii U or not remains to be seen, but I definitely hope it is too.

There was no new trailer? The trailer shown was simply the Nintendo Direct trailer... Nothing new.

Either way, game looks incredible. Hope a new trailer does come out soon. Looks like there might be something of a story to this one...

@melvin2898
Monster Hunter is supposed to be hard > : (

But yeah, I thought that was the reason why people said the game was going to be ugly (or the excuse).

Ugly? I dunno, still looks decent to me. Not much uglier than MH3U, anyway. The small zones look like they'll still be a bit of an annoyance in battle, though. Jumping attacks look cool too but I hope they balance it out a bit more. They appear to knock the monsters down far too often.

Anyhoo, glad to see the return of Tigrex. He's definitely my favorite of the flagship monsters and one of the few who are so badass that their roar can actually damage hunters XD
I hear MH3U sales have been pretty good too so hopefully we'll be seeing this game come westward!
