Mario Kart 8 hits a million sold in Japan
Mario Kart 8 is definitely one of the Wii U's biggest sellers overall. The title actually just hit another milestone, this time in Japan. Mario Kart 8 has managed to move over 1 million units in Japan alone, with Media-Create putting the total sold at 1,006,719. Splatoon's launch brought out a bunch of new Wii U owners, and it seems some of those people also picked up Mario Kart 8!
