Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water - 'risque' bonus costumes removed

I think we all expected this to happen, but now we have the confirmation. The 'risque' costumes from Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water have been removed from the North American version of the game. As far as we know, it's the same situation over in Europe. The only version with this content is the Japanese release.
