Pokemon Yellow - Pikachu's Beach minigame accessible in VC release

According to our friends at Ntower, you can easily access the Pikachu's Beach minigame in the 3DS VC release of Pokemon Yellow. Under normal circumstances, you would need a Pikachu that has the Surf move, which is something you needed Pokemon Stadium for. Those rules have been changed however and you can freely give it a go now!
