24 years ago on this day, Kirby first graced store shelves in Japan. Can you believe that Kirby has been around so long? I can still remember thinking how exciting it was that Nintendo was bringing out a new character. I also was crossing my fingers that he would become popular! I think Nintendo managed to make that happen, don't you!?
