Man suing Nintendo over Donkey Kong costume, claims the suit caused permanent damage
- Nintendo of America hired Michael Oconitrillo to wear a Donkey Kong Suit for a promotion in a mall in Culver City, CA
- claims the suit was "poorly ventilated and unreasonably and dangerously hot"
- had strict orders to keep it on
- says he suffered permanent damage, as well as mental and emotional distress
- Nintendo says "We have nothing to announce on this topic."
