I went back and forth on posting this all day, but I finally figured I'd just share it with you guys and let the speculation go on. At first glance, this may seem like a throwaway tweet from Nintendo Europe, but closer inspection makes it seem like something is being teased. Why show a track from Mario Kart 64 and use the hashtag for Mario Kart 8? Why share this tweet now out of nowhere? Is there something more to the mention of waiting than just the obvious point of waiting for the train to pass? TELL ME, NINTENDO!
