Dragon Quest XI may allow cross-save functionality between PS4/3DS via passwords

Not that long ago, we heard that Dragon Quest XI may get password support alongside the standard saving options of today's games. Now Square-Enix has gone one step further to say that that crossword support may allow for cross-save functionality between the PS4 and 3DS versions. Square-Enix's Yu Miyake commented directly on this matter, saying that the 'Spell of Restoration' might be used to make this feature happen. In other words, it's clear that Square-Enix is looking into this feature as we speak.
