GN Version 5.0

There's one thing that all police reports about Pokémon GO have in common. It seems they all start off with someone reporting a suspicious person wandering about. They could be on foot or in vehicle, but no matter the method of transport, the people seem to be wandering about aimlessly. That was the case with Phil Blakney, who was out at midnight driving around to catch Pokémon.

When cops pulled over Blakney, he explained that he was out and about playing Pokémon GO. That wasn't a problem, but the cloud of marijuana smoke that billowed from his car was. This lead to Blakney being charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Luckily for Blakney, the police didn't file the correct paperwork for his court appearance, so right now he remains a free man.
