Birmingham, UK, September 15th 2016 – Merchoid, the official videogame merchandise retailer, has unveiled their brand new Nintendo Beanie Collection, which features fourteen of Nintendo’s popular characters and icons on beanie hat designs. The officially licensed collection includes several specially shaped beanies to imitate a character’s look; the Shy Guy beanie features the long, red hood, the Boo Beanie includes flailing miniature Ghost arms and the Donkey Kong beanie includes his stylish quiff atop the hat. Each design in the The Nintendo Beanie Collection is available to preorder from Merchoid for £14.99/€19,99/$19.99 and ships middle of November.

Merchoid’s complete Nintendo Beanie collection consists of Yoshi, Goomba, Red Mushroom, Green Mushroom, Question Mark Block, Donkey Kong, Bullet Bill, Boo, Princess Peach, Fire Flower, Monty Mole (from Mario Kart), Shy Guy, Piranha Plant and Chomp.

The Community Manager for Merchoid, Jessica Adams, explains “They’re fun, casual cosplay hats designed to look cool and keep you warm. Everyone loves Mario, Luigi and Link, but we want to show some love for the less celebrated Nintendo characters like Chomp, Monty Mole and Shy Guy.”
