GN Version 5.0

We're excited to announce that Pikachu has been chosen to help judge this year's Doodle 4 Google contest, where students are invited to design their own version of the Google logo. This contest is open to kids in grades K–12 in the United States. The winner will have the chance to have their design featured on the Google homepage; other prizes include college scholarships and technology awards for the winner's school. This year's theme is "What I See for the Future..." In addition to Pikachu and the creative staff at The Pokémon Company International, other judges include US Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, Oscar-winning animator Brenda Chapman, and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.

The contest opened in mid-September, and submissions will be accepted through December 2, 2016. Click here for more information on the Doodle 4 Google contest.

Good luck to everyone submitting a Doodle 4 Google entry. Pikachu can't wait to see your amazing design!
