Is Severed cross-buy? I know I can get this game on iOS for a few bucks.

Anyone own it who can tell me if it's worth the $10 for a cross-buy version on WiiU/3DS?

It was cross-buy if you bought it full price. I'm not sure if that's the case with it being discounted.

It is cross buy, and in my opinion, the game is definitely worth it!

Time to get River City: Tokyo Rumble and maybe revisit Warioware Smooth Moves
