Did Nintendo reference a Japanese porn meme with the Switch?

The image on the right comes from the adult film, A Midsummer Night’s Lewd Dream. The adult film is quite notorious in Japan, spawning quite a big number of memes. The image on the left is from Nintendo's Switch, which you see when taking a look at the screenshots menu. I mean, the Nintendo image looks a HELL of a lot like the actor from the porn. I mean, same stance and everything. Do you think it's a coincidence?
