Old Time Hockey should be hitting Switch this Fall

We've known for awhile now that Old Time Hockey was coming to Switch, but now we have an idea of when to expect it. According to the devs, only early work has begun, but they're still targeting a release sometime this Fall. The main goal is to handle a direct port, and then once that's working, the team will look into using some Switch-specific features.
