Nintendo gets "Notice of Allowance" for Eternal Darkness
In the never-ending saga of Eternal Darkness' trademark extensions, Nintendo has just been given a Notice of Allowance for Eternal Darkness, issued on May 9, 2017. Nintendo of America can now begin to submit a Statement of Use (SOU) or a Request for Extension of Time to file a Statement of Use (Extension Request) every six months. A total of five extension requests may be filed. Now what in the world Nintendo plans to do with the game is beyond me. Nothing ever seems to come of it!
