The following info comes from a Nikkei interview with Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino...

- Yo-kai Watch 3 has sold over two million sales across three entries – Sushi, Tempura, and Sukiyaki
- sales have fallen when compared to the previous installment
- sales of related merchandise have also dropped off
- with the second game, the demographic was broadened due to older players, alongside the established kid market
- according to Hino, two million sold is enough for a game to be considered as a hit
- with that said, Hino knows they have to do something to bring back older players
- the watch rate of the TV anime is favorable
- for Yo-kai Watch 4, Hino is currently thinking that Level-5 must make it fun in a variety of ways
- a 'new flow' will start from the movie that’s opening later this year in Japan
