Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle creative director gets a shirt to immortalize his touching E3 moment

Oh man, how fantastic is that. Mr. Soliani's moment at E3 was one of my favorites in the show's entire history. To see his team tease him a bit and also show some love at the same time is really great. I want one of those shirts!

That moment and when Ancel choked up after the BG&E2 trailer were both great reminders that these guys are real people putting hundreds upon hundreds (if not thousands) of hours of hard work into making these games. It's nice to see how proud of their work they are and their reactions to seeing their visions come to life despite the potential backlash from the audience.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go back to bashing games I'll never play and spreading vitriol in general on various forums.

Haha that's brilliant !

I'm happy for him. Seeing him so humbled by the moment and the thunderous applause the game received is so awesome. And it's even sweeter because it seems like his wildest dreams have come true. He's working on a game that stars the most legendary gaming icon, using a gameplay style that he loves--that just so happens to be a batshit-crazy genre for Mario to tackle.

Just a cool situation all around and really shows the human-side of game development.

The guy's Italian? Then again, the guy sitting next to him is also Italian, so it makes sense. ;P

That facial expression is saying, "You jerks. I'm totally get you back for this. ...I love you guys."

Seems like he has a sense of humor about it. That's cool UbisoftMan.
