Nekopara Vol. 1 seeing release in Europe on Aug. 23rd, 2018, but not heading to Germany

Nekopara Vol. 1 has been available in North America and Japan for a bit now, and the game is finally heading to Europe. We now know the game is set to launch across Europe on Aug. 23rd, 2018, but that launch doesn't include Germany. Turns out the game's publisher hasn't even sent the game for approval in Germany. It looks like they don't believe the game will receive classification in Germany, so they're not even bothering.
