Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon loves to tease fans. Be it hints at upcoming reveals or flat-out jokes, Boon has a blast on social media. That's why it's not surprising to see him up to his old tricks again with the tweet below.

There's two ways of looking at this. Boon could be making a joke of the Tesla announcement by saying faux 'big news' is coming for Mortal Kombat 11. On the flip-side, Boon could be being playful while also teasing legit big news for Mortal Kombat 11. Hopefully we'll find out soon!
