And yet here we are with another soundtrack featuring all the songs from the game, 3 remixes, and 5 "original" versions of 5 tracks that follow along the hardest routes of the game.
It isn't pointless. They're done quite well. It's refined in that not only did Zuntata streamline the audio but also put in tracks that last as long as 5 minutes in there.

I don't get it, are you saying that you like this but you don't?
Also, I am deeply reminded of the days arcades were stil super alive in the late 90s, the noisy yet addictive electronic tunes with other machines in the background inspire me to open my own arcade to revive them. Games became such a sedentary activity... ok, I mean EVEN more than before.

Loved the music in no.1, always had my headfones up full blast on the PSP.
I can understand how DS is subpar in compression could affect someone not liking the audio as much.

You mean the same monotonous beat that more or less was comprised up of the entire soundtrack on the PSP version?
The two SIE games on DS at least have music that are different for every stage.
Additionally, there were different sound effects for every stage and the music was more dynamic.

I'd say I'm a fan of this type of music, and that I loved the music from the first game, but I didn't really care for this.
