A portion of a USA Today interview with Jack Black...

USA: Favorite game growing up?

JB: "It was kind of a journey. I started out with Space Invaders and graduated to Asteroids and Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. I loved Scramble and Marble Madness. There is no one game that stands out as the one game I always wanted to play. I was an avid gamer."

I 100% agree with you... I'm still surprised he can find work.

Aw you guys are too harsh on him, I still like his old HBO series with Kyle Gass. A lot of the stuff he's put out since becoming really famous hasn't really done it for me, but I'll be damned if the old stuff wasn't hilarious.

@Gigantorama

No one else could have pulled off what he did in School of Rock if you ask me. I like Jack Black myself. Like any performer, some of his stuff sucks, but he can shine with the right role.

@Hongo

This.

Hey even Miyamoto's had games that weren't highly praised (*cough*wiimusic*cough*), but I'm not gonna hate on the guy for one or two stinkers when he's made some quality stuff.

I played the demo of Brutal Legend recently and it kicked @$$! Jack Black is perfect for the role of Eddie.
