Japan - Castlevania: The Adventure - ReBirth confirmed for Oct. 27th release, multiple control schemes

As you can see, this title is reconfirmed for an Oct. 27th release date in Japan. We also see that there is Wiimote/Wiimote and Nunchuk/Classic Controller/Cube controller support, which should make everyone happy. Now let's hope this title ends up seeing worldwide release next week!

I hate the word Rebirth. Always get it mixed up with afterbirth, which is not quite as cool.

I wish Contra ReBirth was like 800 points or something.
I'll gladly pay 10 bucks for new Gradius, or new (to me) Castlevania, but I've never been a fan of Contra's brand of "hard".

After this game comes out, so will I.

All boner jokes aside, I'm genuinely more excited for this than any other game at the moment. If it's even remotely like Super Castlevania IV, I'll be a very, very happy camper.

It is what it is, Contra is for masochists. However, for that same 800 you could have The Alien Wars.

contra rebirth was a miserable afterbirth of a game, i beat it on the second play, in what 20min? its like they didnt even try on that one =P i would have been much happier with a copy of Contra HARDCORPS, man i'd love to play that again... i had castlevania adventure for GB and it was real good but the jumping was soo wrong, thats about all i can ask for that they fix.
