Yeah I actually do enjoy this show though I would never admit it to anyone in person, it's way funnier than it ought to be and though in any other circumstance I might well hate the two hosts I actually think they are cool and funny... in a very uncool and not funny way, which makes it even funnier and cooler! Weird, huh?!
I never understood the hate towards the Nintendo Week show. It's not the best but it is a bit entertaining with some parts actually worth a chuckle and then some that are a bit too corny. Besides it's usually only 10 minutes long so the hosts really don't wear out their welcome. And it's nice to see the developers talk a little bit more about their game even if it's something the viewer already knows.
Moreover, if you hate the show, then don't click on it to watch it. Plain and simple.
I love this show! It's one of those things, like WLS said, that you really love but won't admit. It's like extremely corny, and I've laughed out loud more than once (On this episode even with Gary's scream lolol).
It also helps that Alyson is extremely hot. But still. ;D

IGN did compare it to the new Pikachu title, and those ones you've mentioned are already on the VC... *shrugs*
