If you've been following our coverage of Rabbids Go Home, you've known for quite some time that the title makes use of both the Wiimote speaker and offers a Channel as well. We make a big deal of that sort of thing, since we're a Nintendo site...but it's especially nice to see others noticing. Will drawing attention to these features make other developers hop on board? One would surely hope so.

Do we know what you get to do with the Channel? I support the idea, but if they're all just full of stuff you'd only ever do once or twice then I don't want dozens of them cluttering the Wii Menu.

Don't forget the game even has WiFi connection, I believe for uploading scores.

While I agree, I wouldn't want something I would only use once or twice, the fact they did it and implemented it into the game is nice...if you don't use it, you can always delete it.

Awesome! Though I'm not a fan of the game, most developers should be doing this.

I don't like Channels.

They take just as long to load up as the game itself. That's my main problem with them. If I'm using a Channel, it's usually right before or after I'm using the game itself, so what the hell is the point of loading something seperately up?

as long as the content is quality, i'm happy to see third parties experimenting with the format. won't be buying the game, however, not a fan of the rabbids.

Dang, now I gotta get this. I collect games that give out channels. I have every channel ever released in America excluding the Metroid Prime Channel. I want it so badly, I have no way to get it. I wish Nintendo would put it up for download for another day or two.
