As a result, Activision believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit. I wonder how many companies would be up front about doing somethign wrong if they actually learned that a mistake was on their end. I'm not saying Activision is guilty of breaching contract...I was just wondering.
