Terrible. The original was one of the worst selling first party published N64 titles yet even that sold more than the Wii sequels entire first shipment in its first week.

Also, Bayonetta PS3 selling more than 360...I guess Famitsu convinced them that the screen tearing version is better.

S&P2, an arcade, rails, shooter title not selling well against more mainstream and popular genres/IPs? What a surprise.

Not. It'll bomb in the west too [if DS:E is any indication].

I didn't think Pokemon would be knocked out of top 5. Bayonetta had a good opening i believe. Chinatown Wars was higher than i expected, and it seems Sin & Punishment 2 was never meant to get top 10 (or 20 for that matter), which is a real shame.

I thought Japanese weren't into GoW type games.

@Starwolf_UK

There are several times more PS3 owners than 360 ones. Most people don't mind playing the 'inferior' version of a game. I'm shocked the 360 version did so well.

Tomodachi Collection sold so well.
The only thing is that there is so much things referring to the Japanese way of life, and the vocal synthesis would be to difficult to implement properly in English.
