Multiplayer slow and frustrating? Sounds to me like the reviewer just needs some new friends. ;D

Game sounds great, I can't wait to pick it up, even though I'll probably playing it mostly multiplayer, if my friends start making me frustrated, I'll just slap 'em upside the head. Problem solved! :D

Multiplayer is my #1 selling point for the game.

I can see what the reviewer means about multiplayer, potentially?

If you are playing someone who isn't at the same skill level, you will ALWAYS have to stop every so often to wait for them. of course there is the bubble technique for them to get past hard sections but it wasn't mentioned in this review for some reason.

Well, either way I might be spending a lot of time with this singleplayer but it's nice to have the option for multiplayer anyway, and 9 is great score! Can't wait!

Yoshi restricted to set levels
No Giant world

Those are real downers for me, but oh well.

It is a little strange that Yoshi is allowed in only certain levels. Although it's not too surprising to me...for some reason the style of NSMB does feel more self-contained in levels than it does 'actual game world' like SMW was. It makes me miss SMW's presentation/world map/secrets/secret-exits.
