The official website for New Super Mario Bros. Wii has been updated in a big way. There are tons of videos to check out, but I've grabbed all of them and put them into two massive YouTube videos below! Unfortunately, some of the clips crapped out within the larger video, so just fast-forward past the freezes.
There are also a ton of screens at the official site that you should definitely check out. These screens come from the 6 worlds that the website reveals as of right now. I've grabbed snaps of each world for you, and put one teaser screen down there. You'll have to click over and check out the site for the rest!
Story Feedback
My thoughts exactly. XD
From what I am gathering, it looks like:
- Normal
- Desert
- Ice
- Beach
- Forest
- Mountain
And I'd assume there would be a water and sky world, but who knows?
A little disappointed, because I thought there would be more variety in the world types, but I guess I'll have to see.
Haven't had a good, straight-up 2D Mario platformer on a main console since......
I don't even know.

And, seriously guys, complaining about world spoilers? I mean, it's not like the last world has been shown or anything (although it's BOUND to be a bowser/lava world)
Yeah, I was expecting more variety also. But I guess that the new (technically old, but whatever) features will make up for it.
