I love love love Lady Gaga but she's so weird sometimes. This is not my favorite video from her, though it definitely has it's cool moments. I can definitely see the 'Monster' vibe her new album is going to have. I can't wait to see her on tour in January, it's going to be awesome/weird. Maybe she'll play NSMBWii, haha.

Basically yeah, I think Perez Hilton had to do something with that. He's always mentioning her on his site which get's millions of views a day. Her 1 cd has sold more than 4 million copies in a year which is amazing imo.
Yeah my gf clued me in to those 'rumors' in the form of a live video of her playing, her skirt riding up, Gaga commenting that she should have worn panties, and there being an obvious tiny 'mannunchuck' in the place where all girls but 'roid users have not a man part.
The only other girl I saw with a thing that looked like that was the wrestler Chyna in her sex tape, she had the thing freaking PIERCED and guess what, she was on steroids.

My comment is about the over all state of the music industry today. People don't buy cd's much anymore and instead just download it for free or by a single digital track here and there and why wouldn't they. Look at what is considered music today. Gaga is an act not a musician and kanye uses auto tune to hide is inibility to sing and 50 cent rights a bunch of curse words and calls it a song. People aren't compelled to by music the way they used to be and that is reflected in the struggling music industry.
gaga is the latest flash in the pan, but her numbers pale in comparison to the numbers artist used to drive even 10 years ago. That is my point. I used to by tons of albums each year. this year, i've bought 2 and they weren't even new artists, just old artist's classic work remastered. people will grow tired of her shlock and awww soon enough.
but singles are better, besides the AMAZING "stadium arcadium", and "crescent" ive never been impressed with an entire cd i bought (crescent being 60 dollars new, im glad it was epic) i like singles, or at least the ability to cherry pick songs from an album, because it lets you weed out the crap songs
for example: poker face is stupidly addictive, but the rest of the songs can go to hell, good thing i had the ability to just get poker face

Another thing, most songs these days are sold on iTunes and other download stores. And it's mostly singles, not entire albums, that are sold.

Is her music manufactured? Hardly. Her breakout album was pretty much independent, from a business standpoint.
