This makes absolutely no sense to me. EA fires a ton of employees just a couple days ago, and now they say they'll be hiring some back.

"We will be hiring back positions in low-cost locations to maintain capacity." - EA Chief Financial Officer Eric Brown

Talk about lack of job security! Let people go one day, hire them back the next! Thanks to Nicky Hill for the heads up.

This essentially means the 'lucky' few will be hired back with less pay. EA has proved over the last week they only have an unstable future. If I were one of these employees I would try to find a job elsewhere.

Why not, they blame Nintendo for everything else. Everyone called EA blaming Nintendo for Extraction bombing. I still can't believe they thought a light gun game which focus on cinematic experi...oops, my bad, I meant a first person guided experience, was going to be successful.

EA has had ridiculously good success on the 360 as far as sports games go, for one thing. Whereas on the Wii their only real breakthrough was Tiger Woods...
