The American Heart Associate comes out swinging against recent studies citing that Wii Fit and Wii Sports don't actually count as exercise. In their own study, the AMA finds that multiple activities in both Wii Sports and Wii Fit do indeed count, and they represent 'moderate intensity' exercise. Check out some of the results below.

Wii Fit Single-Arm Stand: 5.6 METs
Wii Sports Boxing: 4.5 METs
Wii Sports Tennis: 3.0 METs
Wii Sports Baseball: 3.0 METs
Wii Sports Golf: 2.0 METs

isn't that measurement in wii fit plus ? and it was made by the japanese national health department. The iwata ask got a lot of talk about that hyperic chamber or something like that
