Still not sure why some people are wearing those masks. They do know that they are ineffective at stopping the spread of disease, right? (they don't even seal up around your face)

Those people usually have a disease and do not want to spread their germs. It's not to protect themselves but protect the people around them.

huh? I know some people wear it when they are sick to prevent others but that is not always the case. Most times they wear it to prevent getting disease.

I lived abroad with a family that did wear those. The mom used it frequently. Some people never used it. It is just up to the person.
