I remember playing Mega Man X2, and being really disappointed with the music. I think there was one song that sounded almost exactly like a tune that was pre-programmed in my Casio keyboard at the time. Man, I wish I knew where that keyboard was!

Gah, sucks my second SNES controller broke a long time ago. I'd like to actually try this out on my copy of X2.
As for the music, yeah the original X had a far more memorable soundtrack. Spark Mandrill's stage in particular kicked ass.
