I'm hoping to pick up Halo 3 ODST from Toys R Us for $35 at midnight, then run over to the Best Buy line and get a few games there when they open: Left 4 Dead 2 for $35, Resident Evil 5 for $20, Boom Blox Bash Party, Excitebots, and NPC Pikmin for $15 each. I've got my fingers crossed that all goes according to plan...

Gonna try to get the PS3 bundle on Amazon. A 120GB Slim comes with Killzone 2, InFamous, and a $10 credit for $300.

In the US, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving which officially kicks off the holiday sales period in full with insane deals. It's called "Black Friday" because most stores end up "in the black" that day since most of the US does majority of its big item Christmas shopping that day.

And it's insane. Usually one must get to stores to line up for early 5am openings and most of the biggest sales only last for 4-5hours. It's consumerism fueled pandemonium as sometimes people are actually injured or killed (thankfully that's rare) while people storm the stores and fight over items.

None! I get to work at 4:30AM on Friday. So please, be nice to the shop keepers... chances are that we've been up since 2-3AM, and are getting pretty damn cranky by noon.
