Yep, Buena Vista Games is making a game based off of High School Musical. It hasn't been confirmed that the High School Musical game is based off the Disney Channel movie, but seeing the ties between Disney and BVG, I would say it is a 99.9% sure deal.

Disney would be stupid not to make a game off of this property. The soundtrack is the number one selling album of this year. The TV movie was the highest rated program on TV this past year. Will the game follow in these record breaking footsteps?
