Gamers have wanted to see Mario and Sonic in the same game since the 16-bit era when Nintendo and Sega were rivals. Now, since Sega became a software publisher exclusively, Sega and Nintendo have a much better relationship, even sharing similar visions in game-making. Since Sonic already appears on Nintendo platforms, why not? We’ll keep you posted if any confirmation of this rumor surfaces.
