Looks like Nintendo is making the switch to tethered controllers. Looks like you aren't going to have to give your ID just to get a Wiimote anymore! I guess Nintendo has felt that the plus of people playing the system in-store is better than the minus of limited range of movement. Thanks to everyone that sent in the tip, and Peje for the pics!
