Earlier today we reported on Wii Fit breaking 1 million in sales over in Japan. 1up reported on the story as well, but reader Doug noticed that they mentioned a release date within the article.

Wii Fit is expected to be one of the year's biggest sellers both in Japan and abroad. North Americans can expect to see the game on May 20th... by which time presumably they'll have that 'plus-sized' Western balance board properly stress tested and ready for use.

Nintendo's press room lists Wii Fit's NA release as 'TBA'. I don't see why 1up would pick a date out of thin air, and the 20th does fall on a Tuesday. It looks like this might be the real deal.
