Seriously, does anyone care about this anymore? Nintendo made a point to tell us that the Wii with DVD playback is still coming, it's just not a priority now. The further after Wii launch we get, the less important DVD playback becomes. I don't think that anyone out there is really jonsing for Wii with DVD playback. How many other devices do we have in our homes now that play DVDs? Nintendo, if you just want to forget about this, I don't think anyone would blame you.
