Last week, we told you guys about Activision going after software pirates that were copying/distributing various games. One of the pirates, while remaining anonymous, has let loose with some information on the situation. He says that Activision never actually showed their proof, they just said that they had 'strong evidence'. The pirate admits that he did do something wrong, but not to the extent that Activision claimed to the press. So...we have a pirate, that did do something wrong, just not exactly what Activision said. Should I feel bad for this guy?
