We still don't have an official confirmation from Atari concerning Ghostbusters. We know that the company will indeed be publishing the games...Dan Akroyd said so himself! I think he has a pretty good idea of what's going on.

Just incase you didn't believe the news, Variety is reporting some more tidbits on the deal. According to their sources, Atari is holding off on publishing the game until Summer, because they want to coincide with the original movie's 25th anniversary. Sounds like a good promo idea to me.

Hopefully, somewhere in the near future, Atari will decide to 'officially' let the cat out of the bag. It'll be another one of the gaming industry's worst-kept secrets!
