Remember when Atari was going after people that were distributing their games illegally, over a P2P network? Atari should definitely fight to save their I.P.s, but they weren't doing the best job. They targeted two people that had absolutely nothing to do with illegal game sharing. The people that were doing the illegal funny business were spoofing their addresses, and the resulting searches targeted the two people mentioned above. Atari has now decided to pull out of the lawsuit, and hasn't made any public statements about the mess.
