A portion of a GameCyte review...

You each fill in your own 100-cell tables, adding, subtracting or multiplying, and the first one to finish wins -- regardless of whether any of their answers are correct. When I intentionally inserted incorrect answers into one DS, then put correct ones in the second, the first DS "won" every time.
