Nobuyuki Idei, former Sony chairman had some kind words for Nintendo. Mr. Idei sees the Wii as a piece of hardware that doesn't just process information, but instead, senses the direction that the consumer wants to head in. That's why the platform has seen such great success. Mr. Idei also included Nintendo in a grouping of companies that show him that the future of Japan's electronics industry is indeed bright.
