This is nothing but speculation, and as of right now we have no reason not to believe what Square-Enix is telling us. The company was due to release its third quarter earnings report, but that announcement has been delayed to next. What's the reason behind the delay? Square-Enix says it has to do with accounting work. A lot of people are having trouble swallowing that explanation, and they fear that a delay of a big Square-Enix title (DQIX for instance) may be the real reason. For now, let's hope that the delay is really because of what Square-Enix said.
