Yesterday we told you guys that Michael Torchia, host of the radio program 'Shape Up America' was going to sue Nintendo over injury issues/false advertising on their Wii products such as Wii Fit. After some more snooping was done, it looks like Mr. Torchia has done nothing but threaten a lawsuit. An official lawsuit hasn't been filed just yet, and it may never happen. It might not be too smart for Torchia to go after Nintendo, and his comments may have been nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
