Remember when Gibson went after Activision-Blizzard over a supposed patent infringement? Gibson said that Guitar Hero infringed upon their patent for "simulating a musical performance". Just as we all thought would happen, the US District Court for the Central District of California has found in favor of Activision. I'm still not sure how Gibson got away with their strange patent to begin with, but it looks like it doesn't hold any water anyway.
