Mobile 1UP, developers of a few Game & Watch clones, have had to remove their content from the Apple App store. Turns out Nintendo wasn't too happy with Mobile 1up pilfering their ideas for financial gain.

This isn't the first time Nintendo has jumped on copyright infringements on the App store. Not too long ago, Nintendo had a Duck Hunt clone yanked for obvious reasons.
