Not surprisingly, Activision is already pushing hard for the next, NEXT installment of the Call of Duty franchise. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is already old news...it's Treyarch's Call of Duty 7 that is the new buzz of the net.

A developer profile on LinkedIn has confirmed that the 7th installment in the long-running franchise is in the works, and it'll probably hit in 2010. With no confirmation of Modern Warfare 2 for Wii, we might be waiting for Treyarch's next in order to get more CoD on Wii.
