So let me get this straight. Wii Sports Resort is going to feature enhanced versions of Golf and Table Tennis...two games that we already got in Wii Play and Wii Sports?

Check out 4 commercials, a combination commercial, and an Iwata Asks interview here (thanks NintendoOutside!)

WTF!?!? That pisses me off. How they do they expect people to buy the same crap. The casual crowd doesn't care if its more sensitive. All you have to do is slap the Wii sports name on something new and they can't even do that.

Yeah, those two sports seem pretty bogus. It'll be nice to play better versions, but I'll be getting Tiger, so I won't care about the golf and I'll probably be getting Grand Slam, so I won't care about tennis, table or otherwise... Goo.

you know these particular games are going to be better with wii motion plus. they were parts of their respective games that were complained about the most. you won't find bowling or baseball there since they worked well the first time around.

i sure hope they don't use the same courses for golf, though. maybe they could pull a few from mario golf 64.

Eh, FollowMeAround has a good point, but still...kinda weak.

So we can play them the way they were meant to be played! :)

It'll be cool to have much better control over them, but this still is Nintendo coping out. Hopefully the rest are original.

Those videos don't play very well for me :(

All I saw was some Jap dude in a tight-fitting grey suit, which was kinda weird....

I called this weeks ago - Nintendo couldn't care less about WS or all those WM-enabled Tennis games if it could revamp them in WSR. :-D

I really hope it features Wii Sports Airplane, or at the very least someone is making a Pilotwings game with Mii's. If this is all the games that are on it, then I think its a bit hit and miss. But I will still end up getting it I guess.

@Red Dragon

These aren't all the WSR games, but I hope we get to see a Pilotwings Wii at E3!

Are you really surprised RMC? I would be more surprised if they DIDN'T also include boxing, bowling and baseball. This is Nintendo we're talking about...the kings of lazy game development.

I got enough ping pong from Wii Play, but an updated version of golf looks awesome!

I couldn't be happier that golf is coming back, and I haven't played the table tennis game from Wii Play, so...win-win.

If anything, this means I might not be so inclined to rent the new Tiger Woods game coming out, like I had planned.

Those aren't even games you'd play on a resort! I thought this would have beach sports!
